Who we are

Focus & Co is a design agency based in Preston, Lancashire. You can reach us at studio@focusand.co.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and your message. We do not ask for more than we need to reply to you.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, where a project goes ahead, to run that project with you. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and contract where we work together.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets an essential cookie needed to serve pages. We do not run advertising or tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy and the cookie banner will be updated first.

Where it lives and how long we keep it

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider in the UK. We keep them for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or to run a project, then delete them.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We only share information where needed to deliver a project you have asked for, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email studio@focusand.co and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
